Maine weddings: something old

while driving to an event the other day i passed a really old, cool-looking barn and i had this thought. right now everything in the wedding world is vintage. vintage-this, vintage-that, vintage-inspired, vintage, vintage, vintage. so what does that really mean? OLD. and what does maine have a lot of? old stuff! we have old barns, old farms, old inns, old ports, old street, old piers, old lighhouses, old boats, old dirt roads, old bridges, old people (seriously, we’re the oldest state in the nation), you get the idea. so, that got me thinking. people should come here to have their vintage wedding! there are so many amazing options for that vintage-y look. here are just a few ideas to get you inspired to come to maine for your wedding.
